Should I pretend to know what a "stopgap" is?

I think I should.

*ahem*

Dunno what you're missing.

I decided against ketchup anyways, I went with "Piri Piri Barbecue" instead. T'was goooood!

Around here we do bacon, lettuce, and tomato, or even bacon and peanut butter (probably sounds strange to you). Ketchup seems like it would overpower the wonderful bacon flavor.

I'm seriously contemplating making a huge pan of homemade hash browns to have with some eggs and bacon (got a craving after all this bacon talk).

We do BLTs here too, but sometimes you just can't beat the speed and sheer bacon-ness of a simple bacon sammich. The ketchup (or sauce of choice) as long as too much isn't used, just compliments the rich flavour of the bacon, it's like a party in your mouth.

And yes, I think all this bacon talk calls for another batch. ;)

Chili's in the slow cooker for dinner tonight. I think I'm going to go indulge on some blueberry jam on bread now. Never did get to the bacon and hash browns. Maybe tomorrow.

Making a banana and blueberry frappe for breakfast. My tummy won't take much more than that due to the lack of sleep and 5 double-energy drinks I had over the course of the night.

Tonight, after I've had a good nap, Japanese style curry, with beef and veggies, over forbidden rice.

Big greasy toasted sausage bacon and egg sandwich with a bottle of coke and two pain-killers.

Great hang-over cure.

Left over pork tenderloin that I slow hickory smoked on the grill earlier today, along with a chicken. My barbecue-loving brother in law ate about half of the meat at the table and declared that his new favorite "restaurant" was my place.

5 adults, two toddlers, almost no leftovers. Shame, because it was so good! I have just enough pork left to make my own version of a cuban sandwich tomorrow.

I had a corndog and a plate of nachos with a salsa-sourcream dip (I call it cat throw up)...it was good.

On a side note...why does Campbells write "M'mm" instead of "Mmm"?
Nada.
