Dinner was butterflied seared chicken breasts with an orange bell pepper, onion, and roma tomato saute in a (real) balsamic and pinot grigio reduction over whole wheat fettucine, finished with homemade fresh basil pesto.

I made chicken nachos with mexican and cheddar cream.... mango salsa (old ppl food according to suzi), sour cream and green pepper.

Went to Red Robin today, had chicken chimidillas.
