I'm not trying to disagree with you to be fetch (ha, I'm reviving that Justin word!), but I really thought this video was lame when I saw it. It wasn't shot very well, and all I could keep thinking was that it was a cheap imitation of the "Troops" classic.

I kinda thought the same thing to a point. The storm trooper inclusion wasn't necessary and did make the whole thing a lot less original. What I liked about this was I was expecting some drunk nerd to be yelling about Star Wars and it wasn't until 2 seconds into the lightsaber fight (I thought maybe they have superimposed the sabers over two guys fighting with sticks or something at first) that I realized the whole thing was faked and got what it was about. The camera phone usage added realism for me.

It's not genius, but it's kinda funny and worth sharing.
