I've seen it.
It's not as shocking as I expected and its more well-made than I thought it would be, it fluctuates between serious and darkly comic too often and I don't know enough about Serbian history to appreciate the subtext, so overall I wasn't really that impressed.
However, there are a couple of scenes where you will be like "WTF!"

From the plot description on Wikipedia, this film sounds like a live action version of that old 'The Aristocrats' joke.
