That program I mentioned before evolved into something that gets all the video URLs, that I get in 144p with youtube-dl, then make thumbnails with mtn and look through those with IrfanView to rapidly scan 600 a day. https://code.google.com/p/war-room/source/browse/
If you look up "pedophiles+that+are+serious+about+finding+Youtube+content" on Bing you can still find a /hebe/ cached page with extra instructions (i.e. 144p was a recent update and for that you need the latest mtn hack/patch to thumbnail those), who knows how long that's going to last.
