Re: Today is a Very Serious day

I am actually God, which is how I was born before the world was. While I do know everything, I am unable to respond to questions. Except that one! The world will end on an October 21st. No one here has to worry about the year for whatever reason I probably won't see you all in hell, I'm not sure, t...

Re: FlashForward

Any enthusiasm I might have had for this show was basically stillborn. A pastime my friends and I like to engage in while watching television is spouting off the most ridiculous possible path for the show to take, and upon my first sally I hit upon what turned out to be, at least in the book, the a...

Re: Fall 2009

I'm told that Mad Men is amazing, but even if I had time to see every show that people said was amazing I still wouldn't have time to.

We've got

Fringe
Breaking Bad
True Blood
Mad Men
Burn Notice
Glee
Dexter
Nip/Tuck
Doll/House

and good lord that is 10 hours a week.

Re: GULLIVERS TOP THREE REASONS WHY SERIOUSLY DOESNT POST ANYMOR

Do you ever type up a post and then think better of it?

I've been doing a lot of that, basically.

Re: Dollhouse - i just had a sick thought...

If I were to use dolls it would only be as a proving ground to make sure that the upgrades wouldn't conflict.

I doubt that I would like a female version of myself.

Re: Star Trek

The PC term is apparently "Trekkers", so Trekkies. They do make very good points in the video, I have actually seen the point about young, attractive people made by people who weren't aware of any satires being filmed nearby. I've also heard people complain that if it's an alternate unive...

Re: Caprica

You are clearly wrong and centurians are clearly all tachikomaesques that had their vocorders removed so they didn't shrill up the basestars with their endless puling about fur is murder and save the whales and the careless tossing about of famous peoples' political soundbites. Is it any wonder tha...

Sometimes I feel like I'm being punk'd, and LAnoLife2009 is really Seriously or something. Personally, this just doesn't seem like my sort of thing. But then, I've also exclusively posted backwards at one forum and once I almost reposted someone else's entire post history at another so who really k...

Re: A random picture

http://www.evilmilk.com/pictures/Hmm_Japan.jpg Yea can someone explain this one to me? The "no further description necessary" thing is a bit IRONIC. :? I'd be happy to explain! The irony there is intentional: the main point is that Japanese customs and attitudes are often strange to many ...

Re: Star Trek

Hilariously (I think), Vulcans are ostensibly the more well-adjusted of the two species, but Romulans don't seem to have anything like potentially terminal bouts of mindless lust or fighting rival males to the death at marriage ceremonies.

Re: Star Trek

Romulans are offshoots of Vulcans. They're descended from the group of Vulcans who left for elsewhere when the let's-all-be-emotionless-pascifist-philosophers movement was becoming all the rage. Vulcans were, back in the day, just the meanest things. Romulans are a bit of a throwback to that, thoug...
